It all started in 2023 with a simple problem, two brothers, and a desperate search for decent biltong and meat.

When our family relocated from Johannesburg to Cape Town, we fell in love with the lifestyle, but struggled to find proper, high-quality meat and authentic biltong. 

Coming from Joburg, we were spoiled with high standards for rich, perfectly cured biltong and prime butcher cuts. In Cape Town, every braai felt like a compromise. So, we took matters into our own hands. What began as a part-time weekend side hustle for extra pocket money quickly grew into a full-blown mission.

We knew that to do this right, we had to skip the mass-produced factory supply chains. We went straight to the source, partnering directly with trusted farms to bring farm-fresh, uncompromised quality straight to your table.

By cutting out the middlemen, we ensure every cut of meat is exceptionally fresh and every batch of biltong is cured using traditional methods.
