At Biltong Braai Brothers, we deliver fresh, high-quality meat and products directly to your door, ensuring your order arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.
Standard Turnaround:
All orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within selected areas surrounding Melkbosstrand and the greater surrounding area.
Delivery availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. If your address falls outside our current delivery area, a local delivery option will not be available at checkout.

Delivery Fees & Minimum orders
Delivery fees are calculated according to the distance from our Melkbosstrand delivery location and the value of your order.
0–5 km: FREE Delivery
5–10 km: Minimum order R350. Delivery R20. FREE delivery on orders of R1,000 or more.
10–20 km: Minimum order R500. Delivery R50 on orders below R1,000; R30 on orders from R1,000. FREE delivery on orders of R1,500 or more.
+ 20 km: Delivery Fee to be confirmed.
Grotto Bay: FREE Delivery Every Friday
The applicable delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order during the scheduled delivery period.
If nobody is available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact you to arrange the best possible solution. An additional delivery fee may apply if another delivery attempt is required.
Freshness & Quality
All orders are carefully prepared, packed and transported to maintain the quality and freshness of our products.
Because many of our products are fresh and/or perishable, we recommend refrigerating or freezing applicable products as soon as possible after receiving your delivery.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact Biltong Braai Brothers.
Once your order has entered preparation or has been packed for delivery, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
