Refund policy

At Biltong Braai Brothers, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality meat and products. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we have a returns and refunds policy designed to maintain food safety while treating our customers fairly.

Returns

For health and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of fresh or perishable food products once they have been delivered.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive:

An incorrect item
A damaged product
A product that does not meet our quality standards
An item missing from your order

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photographs of the affected product, where applicable.

Refunds & Replacements

If we determine that an error was made by Biltong Braai Brothers or that a product did not meet our quality standards, we may, at our discretion:

Issue a full or partial refund; or
Replace the affected product.

Where possible, refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the order.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer a refund or replacement where:

The product was stored incorrectly after delivery.
The product has already been cooked or consumed.
The issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided at checkout.
No one was available to receive the order at the delivery address.
The product’s condition has deteriorated due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
